Cord Blood America Key Executives Featured on ABC's Good Morning America

Los Angeles, CA (March 22, 2007)Cord Blood America, Inc. (OTC BB: CBAI), the umbilical cord blood stem cell preservation company focused on bringing the life saving potential of stem cells to families nationwide and internationally, said today that Jack Goldberg, MD, Medical Director of the Company's subsidiary CorCell was featured today on ABC Network's "Good Morning America" in a feature on public and private umbilical cord blood banking.

"Good Morning America approached us after the announcement that cord blood collected and stored by CorCell for one of its private, family customers was used in the first autologous cord blood transplant for childhood leukemia anywhere in the world," said Matthew Schissler, Cord Blood America CEO. "While the family involved in that successful procedure requested privacy, Good Morning America pursued another sector of the umbilical cord blood banking story."

"It is very important that the nation's major media (Good Morning America is viewed by more than 5.4 million people daily) are recognizing the importance of banking this potentially life-saving resource," Mr. Schissler said. "The more this story is told, the better it is for families, the industry and its investors."
