Afford-A-Cord Sweepstakes

Register to win an Afford-A-CordTM enrollment, cord blood processing and medical courier fee. Registration is easy, just fill out a Request More Information form on the CorCell website (on the right side of every page) between August 9 and August 29, 2010. CorCell® will randomly draw a winner from all entries. That's all you need to do!

Rules:

  • Offer only applicable to first time CorCell clients. It may not be applied to past purchases.
  • The winner, in order to receive the free Afford-A-Cord enrollment, cord blood processing and medical courier fee, must complete the CorCell cord blood banking contract and Afford-A-Cord paperwork.
  • Winner will be responsible for monthly storage fee payments of $29 per month.
  • Not applicable to international births. Winner must reside and give birth in the continental U.S.
