As a Highmark member you are entitled to a special discount of $350 on the collection and processing of your baby's umbilical cord blood. To qualify for your discount, simply call 1.888.326.7235 to speak to a Client Relations Representative. Please have your current insurance card available for verification.

Enrollment is easy and there are payment options to suit any budget. A single payment at enrollment affords the greatest savings, while payment plans that extend for 60 months can reduce your monthly payment to as little as $31. Gift Certificates are available to purchase cord blood preservation for a loved one.

Annual Storage fees, guaranteed not to increase for the life of the original contract, will be invoiced in the month preceding your child's birthday. An enrollment fee of $150 is included in all quoted prices and is non-refundable.

Additional pricing available for multiple and international births.
Additional fees may be incurred for same day, next day or Saturday delivery of Collection Kit.

You can pay more than the minimum payment each month in order to repay the promotional purchase balance by its due date. To avoid paying finance charges/interest, the entire promotional purchase balance must be paid in full by its due date.
