Management Team

Matt co-founded Cord Blood America, Inc.™ in 2003 with the vision of bringing the life saving potential of stem cells to families nationwide and internationally. Cord Blood America, Inc. is a publicly traded company (CBAI.OB).

Since launching Cord Blood America, Matt has been instrumental in raising over $20M for the business, using these funds to complete three asset purchases and one stock purchase agreement. Because of the tremendous interest from investors, Cord Blood America is positioned to capitalize on their momentum, by focusing on strategic organic growth, accretive acquisitions, and diversifying into new, undiscovered stem cell processing and storage opportunities.

Matt's prior experience includes launching several companies that focused on the business to consumer market, including RainMakers International, an advertising agency. Prior to founding RainMakers, Matt held key management positions at TMP Worldwide, the former parent of Monster.com, where he pioneered a new business model allowing the company to increase revenue and profits. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Public Policy from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
